Nau mai, haere mai, welcome to our blog. We are a small reo rua (bilingual) class of year 4-6 tamariki in Ōtautahi. Our blog is a way that we can share our learning with the world and it gives our tamariki an authentic audience. It is also a place for us to trial new and exciting technology. Mū Torere Today we learnt how to play mū torere which is a traditional game for māori requiring strategic thinking. If used to be played with the design drawn in the sand and kõhatu as markers. Now we use boards and plastic buttons. We are having a competition in the class and will get a leaderboard going.
